At Gameday Bay, we're proud to be part of the communities we serve. Supporting local schools, nonprofit organizations, youth programs, and community events is an important part of who we are. While we're unable to fulfill every request, we carefully review each donation opportunity to ensure it aligns with our community outreach goals and available resources. If you're requesting a donation for an upcoming event or fundraiser, please complete the form below with as much information as possible. Our team carefully reviews each request and will contact you if we're able to support your organization or event.

Supporting Our Community

From youth sports teams and school fundraisers to charitable organizations and community events, Gameday Bay is committed to creating memorable experiences both inside and outside the waterpark. We appreciate everything local organizations do to strengthen our communities and are grateful for the opportunity to support those making a positive impact.

Donation Request Guidelines

  • Donation requests must be submitted through the online form.
  • Please submit requests at least 30 days before your event.
  • Priority may be given to schools, youth organizations, registered nonprofit organizations, and community events within the communities we serve.
  • Due to the number of requests received, we are unable to guarantee every donation request will be fulfilled.
  • Organizations may be limited to one donation request per calendar year.
  • A member of our team will contact you if your request is approved.

Before You Submit, please have the following information ready:

  • Organization name
  • Event or fundraiser name
  • Event date
  • Requested donation
  • Tax ID (if applicable)
  • Contact information
